The purpose of this Association is to promote Christian fellowship and cooperation among the churches affiliated with this Association, to encourage mutual cooperation with the Tennessee Baptist Convention and Southern Baptist Convention in carrying out the Great Commission, and to uphold the doctrines of our Baptist faith. It is exciting to see what God is doing in Sevier County as our churches work together to witness, and win people to the Lord. God can accomplish much through us if we are willing to be used of Him. Let us be found faithful as we "press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." |

May Housewarming for Camp Smoky
May 19, 2008 (All Day)
(General) The camp is in need of new or gently used linens such as blanket, towels, washcloths, curtains, sheets, etc. Flowers to beautify the grounds would also be appreciated.
Ministers Conference
May 19, 2008 (10:00 am - 11:30 am)
(General) Every Monday morning at 10:00 am, at the Baptist Center, Pastors, Deacons and laypersons all welcome. Different speaker each week.
Executive Board Meeting
May 19, 2008 (6:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
(General) The next Executive Board Meeting will be Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:00 pm. Council will meet at 6:30, at the Baptist Center.
Poundings for SMRM
May 24, 2008 (All Day)
(General) Poundings for Smoky Mountain Resort Ministries may be dropped off at the Baptist Center, or at the dorm at Camp Smoky during May, June, July & August to feed the volunteer staff working with SMRM this summer.
Memorial Day
May 26, 2008 (All Day)
(General) The office will be closed on Monday, May 26th for the Memorial Day holiday
