The purpose of this Association is to promote Christian fellowship and cooperation among the churches affiliated with this Association, to encourage mutual cooperation with the Tennessee Baptist Convention and Southern Baptist Convention in carrying out the Great Commission, and to uphold the doctrines of our Baptist faith. It is exciting to see what God is doing in Sevier County as our churches work together to witness, and win people to the Lord. God can accomplish much through us if we are willing to be used of Him. Let us be found faithful as we "press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." |
